Anya Stichman’s passion for working with patients in dental practices led her opening Anya’s Dental Solutions, LLC; a company specializing in full-service account management.
Anya’s journey began ten years ago when she accepted her first position as a dental assistant. As Anya’s passion for patient care developed, so did her interest in understanding the management of the billing and receiving aspects of the dental office.  She started to invest more time in the operations of the practice, leaving the chair and focusing on understanding filing systems, bookkeeping, and most importantly insurance claim and coding. In the new role she honed her expertise, learning the entire back-office operations. As her knowledge and confidence grew, Anya saw an opportunity to create efficiencies and optimize dental office operations; affording the doctors time to focus on patient care and the growth of their practice.
